Exchange and Returns
Exchange
- We accept returns for exchange within 30 days. It must be in original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage
- Jewelry can be exchanged only once within the 30 day time period from the original date of purchase
Refunds
- A refund is applicable within 7 days of purchase, if a manufacturing defect is evident and can’t be repaired or replaced
- Any charges incurred by Lana Al Kamal Jewelry in the shipping or transaction including, credit card charges, will be deductible in the approved refund cases
